וַיָּ֣רַע הָעָ֔ם וַֽיִּתְקְע֖וּ בַּשֹּֽׁפָרֹ֑ות וַיְהִי֩ כִשְׁמֹ֨עַ הָעָ֜ם אֶת־קֹ֣ול הַשֹּׁופָ֗ר וַיָּרִ֤יעוּ הָעָם֙ תְּרוּעָ֣ה גְדֹולָ֔ה וַתִּפֹּ֨ל הַֽחֹומָ֜ה תַּחְתֶּ֗יהָ וַיַּ֨עַל הָעָ֤ם הָעִ֙ירָה֙ אִ֣ישׁ נֶגְדֹּ֔ו וַֽיִּלְכְּד֖וּ אֶת־הָעִֽיר׃

So the people shouted, and the trumpets sounded. When they heard the blast of the trumpet, the people gave a great shout , and the wall collapsed. The people advanced into the city, each man straight ahead, and they captured the city.

So the people shouted, and [priests] blew the trumpets; and when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted with a great shout and the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight ahead, and they took the city.
