Leusd.)} compare Greek λέσχη, compare Rs^{Semitic i. 236 (2nd ed. 254) and elsewhere}); — ׳ל Ezekiel 40:38 +; construct לִשְׁכַּת 2 Kings 23:11 +; with ה locative לִשְׁכָּ֑תָה 1 Samuel 9:22; plural לְשָׁכוֺת Ezekiel 40:17 +; construct לִשְׁכוֺת Nehemiah 10:38 +; —

1. a. of room connected with a sanctuary (בָּמָה), where sacrificial meal was eaten 1 Samuel 9:22, insert also probably 1 Samuel 1:18 (ᵐ5 We Dr Klo Bu).
