the Valley Eshcolor The brook of, a wady in the neighborhood of Hebron (Mamre), explored by the spies who were sent by Moses from Kadesh-barnea. (Numbers 13:23,24; 1:24) The name is still attached to a spring of fine water called Ain Eshkali , in a valley about two miles north of Hebron.
