וַיִּקַּ֤ח הָמָן֙ אֶת־הַלְּב֣וּשׁ וְאֶת־הַסּ֔וּס וַיַּלְבֵּ֖שׁ אֶֽת־מָרְדֳּכָ֑י וַיַּרְכִּיבֵ֙הוּ֙ בִּרְחֹ֣וב הָעִ֔יר וַיִּקְרָ֣א לְפָנָ֔יו כָּ֚כָה יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה לָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ חָפֵ֥ץ בִּיקָרֹֽו׃

ויקח המן את־הלבוש ואת־הסוס וילבש את־מרדכי וירכיבהו ברחוב העיר ויקרא לפניו ככה יעשה לאיש אשר המלך חפץ ביקרו׃ Strong's Concordance Holman Christian Standard Bible So Haman took the garment and the horse. He clothed Mordecai and paraded him through the city square, crying out before him, “ This is what is done for the man the king wants to honor.”
New American Standard Bible So Haman took the robe and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and led him [on horseback] through the city square, and proclaimed before him, "Thus it shall be done to the man whom the king desires to honor."
