לָ֠כֵן כֹּֽה־אָמַ֨ר יְהוָ֜ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י צְבָאֹות֙ אֲדֹנָ֔י בְּכָל־רְחֹבֹ֣ות מִסְפֵּ֔ד וּבְכָל־חוּצֹ֖ות יֹאמְר֣וּ הֹו־הֹ֑ו וְקָרְא֤וּ אִכָּר֙ אֶל־אֵ֔בֶל וּמִסְפֵּ֖ד אֶל־יֹ֥ודְעֵי נֶֽהִי׃
