אַל־תִּהְי֣וּ כַאֲבֹֽתֵיכֶ֡ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר קָרְאֽוּ־אֲלֵיהֶם֩ הַנְּבִיאִ֨ים הָרִֽאשֹׁנִ֜ים לֵאמֹ֗ר כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֔ות שׁ֤וּבוּ נָא֙ מִדַּרְכֵיכֶ֣ם הָרָעִ֔ים [וּמַעֲלִילֵיכֶם כ] (וּמַֽעַלְלֵיכֶ֖ם ק) הָֽרָעִ֑ים וְלֹ֥א שָׁמְע֛וּ וְלֹֽא־הִקְשִׁ֥יבוּ אֵלַ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃

אל־תהיו כאבתיכם אשר קראו־אליהם הנביאים הראשנים לאמר כה אמר יהוה צבאות שובו נא מדרכיכם הרעים [ומעליליכם כ] (ומעלליכם ק) הרעים ולא שמעו ולא־הקשיבו אלי נאם־יהוה׃ Strong's Concordance Holman Christian Standard Bible Do not be like your ancestors; the earlier prophets proclaimed to them: This is what the LORD of Hosts says: Turn from your evil ways and your evil deeds.
