וַיִּקְרָ֣א אֲחִימַ֗עַץ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֶל־הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ שָׁלֹ֔ום וַיִּשְׁתַּ֧חוּ לַמֶּ֛לֶךְ לְאַפָּ֖יו אָ֑רְצָה ס וַיֹּ֗אמֶר בָּרוּךְ֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ אֲשֶׁ֤ר סִגַּר֙ אֶת־הָ֣אֲנָשִׁ֔ים אֲשֶׁר־נָשְׂא֥וּ אֶת־יָדָ֖ם בַּֽאדֹנִ֥י הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃

ויקרא אחימעץ ויאמר אל־המלך שלום וישתחו למלך לאפיו ארצה ס ויאמר ברוך יהוה אלהיך אשר סגר את־האנשים אשר־נשאו את־ידם באדני המלך׃ Strong's Concordance Holman Christian Standard Bible Ahimaaz called out to the king, “ All is well,” and then bowed down to the king with his face to the ground. He continued, “ May the LORD your God be praised! He delivered up the men who rebelled against my lord the king.”
New American Standard Bible Ahimaaz called and said to the king, "All is well." And he prostrated himself before the king with his face to the ground. And he said, "Blessed is the LORD your God, who has delivered up the men who lifted their hands against my lord the king."
King James Bible And Ahimaaz called, and said unto the king, All is well. And he fell down to the earth upon his face before the king, and said, Blessed [be] the LORD thy God, which hath delivered up the men that lifted up their hand against my lord the king. |
